Step One: InsuraSeek is designed to bring back fresh candidates in your search results. As each search is run, InsuraSeek checks to ensure the candidate has not already been downloaded for the search you are running. The system does this by checking for contact details such as: phone number, email address and physical address, along with the candidate name.
Step Two: You need to take no action to check for duplication, InsuraSeek will complete this for you. The only time you MAY encounter a duplicate resume is if the candidate has created multiple profiles on pay boards like Monster or CareerBuilder with different email addresses. If you encounter 2 instances of the same candidate (such as when the candidate has multiple profiles with differing email addresses) once you have confirmed the most up to date information – simply move the other candidate to “Do Not Contact” to separate the extra profile.
