Step One: Begin in your search results and click a candidate, your detail field for the candidate you clicked will appear below the search table. Step Two: Beside the candidate detail tab, click the tracking tab, located here: Step Three: From the area highlighted below, you can opt to add a quick tracking update – if you’ve just spoken to the candidate and want to note the conversation. Click “new” to enter a new tracking item. To open an existing tracking item, select the item and click “open.” To delete, select an item and click “delete.” To view all tracking details, including content entered by others in your company, be sure to check “show items from all users.”
