Step One: To confirm an email has successfully been sent to a candidate, you can confirm the activity by way of the tracking tab within the candidate tab. To locate the tracking tab, you must activate the candidate entity. You can quickly pull up candidate detail from several places including:
• The search results folders
• A lead folder (Priority, Interview, 2nd Interview, etc.)
• The recently viewed section (beneath your organization tree)
Step Two: From any of these locations, clicking on a candidate name will launch the candidate detail, which includes a resume, detail and tracking tab.

Step Three: The tracking tab shows you a history of every action you’ve taken with this candidate – including the scheduled and automated emails you send. Click tracking to view these details including the date and time the email was sent.

Step Four: The “Notes” column will confirm that the email was the auto bulk mail and provide a few words to add additional information.
