Step One: Begin in a list of candidates. Click the candidate you want to assign to another user. For multiple candidates, click and hold (ctrl) to select more than one person in the list. Note that when candidates are selected, the “Assign To” option becomes active beneath the search results.

Step Two: Click “Assign To” and from the select drop down, choose which member of your team you want to assign these candidates to. Your drop down list will list the names of the members of your team that are eligible to receive assigned candidates.

Step Three: In the tracking notes field, enter any tracking information you want included in this action. Click “Assign” to complete the assignment action.
