Step One: Begin on your upper navigation bar.

Step Two: In the search pane, under the “Detailed Criteria” section of the interface, you can establish the geographic preferences for your search in the location section.

Step Three: In the location section of your “Detailed Criteria,” you will find two ways to limit your search results to a particular location. The first option is a broad search - at the state level. Select this if you are attempting to collect from a large broad territory.

Step Four: The other option, “zip code” allows you to drill down into a tighter geography, defined by zip code. You can enter one or up to three zip codes (click plus to add), to give the search an exact area within a state, to target.

Step Five: To add further detail to this search, you can set a search radius in the next drop down field to establish a radius around target zip codes to further define your search.

Step Six: When you have completed all of your search criteria and details – click save or opt to run – and the location requirements you have set should return results within the area you have determined to be a good match for your hiring needs.
