Step One: Begin in a list of search results or a candidate folder.

Step Two: To select multiple candidate, first click and hold down the “Ctrl” button on your keyboard. Then, use your mouse to click on the names you wish to select to take an action with.

Step Three: To move the candidates to another location from the search results or search category or leads folder, you can either assign them to another user in your office, create a tracking event for multiple candidates for the same date and time (meeting, call, etc. – NOT a hiring event), or send them to your “Do Not Contact” status.

Step Four: From a pipeline folder, you can also send an immediate communication to a group of candidates by clicking “send email.” The emails will send individually according to the macros built into the template you choose.
