How do I remove a job posting?

Step One: To stop an existing job posting, begin by locating your job posting by clicking your location folder and then the job posting tab on the right hand side of the interface.

Step Two: Locate your job posting in the job posting tab, and click to highlight it and then go the bottom of the page and click the “edit” button to open the posting settings.

Step Three: Once you are in your job posting, locate step 4 (Job Posting Sites) and click it to view the boards your job is currently posted to.

Step Four: Beside each board, there is a blue x. To delete a board and stop the job posting, click on the x to remove it from your posting list.

Step Five: Consider the status of your DirectLink. If you decide you want to stop all of your job postings, but you want to keep your DirectLink job posting page active, clicking publish job posting will retain your DirectLink, but stop your job board postings. We recommend doing this – so that when you are ready to post the job again, you can return to this posting, add job boards and post your job, again to your desired boards.
